You will stay in our beautiful apartment, typically Lyonnais. It has been designed to provide you with all the necessary comfort during your stay.

The apartment is located a few minutes from the Ampère Victor Hugo metro station in the heart of the Presqu\'ile, just a few minutes away by public transport or on foot. It is on the third floor with a lift.
Every detail counts, soundproofing, luxury bedding, linen and towels, hairdryer etc. You will also have access to a fan and a mobile air conditioner. Enjoy!

This fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and another bedroom with a double bed (140x190).

You will have exclusive use of the apartment and be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and much more.
The apartment is entirely for you! The apartment is very well insulated for your maximum comfort.

The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as the household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay.

Check-in at the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.

On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the check-out time limit.

Summary: We spent 10 days at this apartment. Location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from Lyon Perrache station and the Ampere-Victor Hugo Metro station, on a quiet side street. Grocery, bakery, pharmacy are all right around the corner, and plenty of good eating options within a 5-10 minute walk. It's 3 floors up from street level; elevator is small but modern. The building is quiet. The apartment is clean and bright, beds are very comfortable, adequate storage space. One oddity is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom and has no sink. WiFi worked well; we did not use the TV/entertainment system. Although the appliances are fairly intuitive, written instructions would be helpful. The kitchen has adequate dishes/glassware, silverware and pots and pans, but lacks many basic implements (no large slotted or unslotted spoons, no can opener). There were a few steak knives but no other knives for food prep. No condiments or basic supplies (oil, flour, sugar) were provided, not even salt and pepper. The washing machine was great but no laundry detergent was provided. There is no dryer but there is a clothes drying rack. Communication with the managing agency was ok - we never received the promised email with access instructions beforehand, but when we called the agency on our arrival day we were met at the front door and shown around the apartment. With a few enhancements (more kitchen implements and some basic dry goods and provisions) would up from 4 stars to 5.
