Positive: Check-in without problem in person - owner came to meet me based on our conversation via Booking messages. She was reacting fast, when I asked for something I needed in the kitchen. There is just one very small window and the door. I slept well. 13 minutes walking to the city center.
Negative: No electric kettle and tea in the kitchen. I noticed in Italy, only half accomodations had it- it is common to offer a coffee machine, but rarely a possibility to make a cup of tea.
