Summary: There was a left over bra strap hanging from one of the lamps in my room. Staff couldn’t figure out how to check me in and had to run outside with other guests and soon as he figured it out. The room was hot to begin with. Took a while for the air conditioner to cool the room off. The door also did not lock.
