Positive: The architecture of the hotel was really cool and in a good location.
Negative: The day of the check in my husband and I arrived around 7pm at the hotel and we couldn't enter because the staff never sent me the code to access the gate. I tried to text them and call them but they didn't answer. We waited about 30 min outside when finally another guest of the hotel arrived, he had the code and a different number to get in touch with the hotel staff and kindly called them and told them that we were waiting outside, after that the hotel finally got in touch with us and sent us a code. Very unpleasant experience. Room was a little cold.
