Summary: Nice location, close to Sugarbowl and to the playground on Donner Lake. House was as advertised, but had some issues: 1. Oven was dirty so each time we tried to use, it smoked and set off the fire alarm. Other items were also not well cleaned, e.g. waffle maker 2. Not sure if the property management group mis-scheduled some things - a hot tub cleaner walked into the house one day unannounced, then apologized and said he would come back when we were gone. Similarly, no snow was shoveled when we arrived, but someone came 2 days later. 3. Property management website was not intuitive. Would much prefer if they just sent me the relevant information by email or on VRBO.
