Summary: The hotel location was ideal and walking distance to many things in Downey. Although there wasn't a pool, the hotel's AC worked well and kept us cool. Water was shut off for 7 hours (5p-12a), however, that was due to a city shut down and not due to the hotel itself. Will stay again.
