house rules:
1 Quiet Hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2 Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3 There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. Smoking is permitted on the deck and outside area but guests are required to dispose of their butts responsibly.
4 Although a maximum of 1 non-shedding pet under 30 lbs is permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5 We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6 Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee..
