Summary: We arrived from dubai at 3pm and my 2 toddlers were hungry at 4pm local time. I could not order anything to eat, only a cheese platter. Truly absurd. The kitchen closes every day at 2.30pm. I have no idea how that can work in a 4 start hotel? My kids wake up at 7am but breakfast is only served at 8am ( although it’s already set up at 7am) very inconvenient. They charge €12 for an ice coffee on the beach.. truly shocking all of it. To me it felt like a 2 star hotel and I would not go back there.
