Positive: The location

Negative: Unfortunately, the property did not live up to the photographs. It could be a great place but it seems that it was initially renovated but then the owners think they are not required to carry out any maintenance on the property. The points I make may seem trivial when looked at in isolation but when taken as a whole they show the property is being neglected. As mentioned in other reviews it has a film of dust which needs a good clean esp the bathroom vanity unit. There are holes in the walls and wall light hanging off in the back bedroom, also previously mentioned. This has been joined by the curtain rail in the lounge hanging off. Not sure what was going on with the quilt cover in back bedroom which didn't fit the quilt and was ripped. Finally when you arrive at a holiday let you expect it to look inviting not weeds and a dirty frontage - not a good first impression. This property is so handy for Port Sunlight it could be a lovely property, the work has been done but needs a good clean and some TLC. It perhaps be a good idea for the owner to read this and reviews and act on them.
