This cute little cottage is located in King's Terrace, walking, biking or driving distance to the village and the beach. Enjoy some of the same amenities of home, such as TV (Hulu, Disney +, ESPN+), internet, board games, bikes, gas grill, beach toys and chairs. A beautiful private pool is located in the backyard. The pool can be heated, but we do charge a small additional fee of $15 per day if you wish to have it heated. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, side by side refrigerator, Keurig, crock pot and an ample supply of dishes and silverware. The master bedroom has a queen bed and bath with ceramic tile shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. The second bath has a shower/tub combination. The dining table comfortably seats six and a can be extended to accommodate ten. The large screened in back porch has a great Sunday Porch Swing and additional seating in rockers or adirondack chairs. This quiet street is perfect for vacationers, snowbirds or FLETC employees..

Summary: We try to come to SSI every year and we always stay at Emma’s cottage! It is so relaxing and has everything you need for an amazing vacation. We love the pool, screened in porch and bikes! This house has all the extras you need for a beach trip and is so comfortable! We’ll be back again next year!
