you'll be pampered in our brownstone home equipped with an 8-foot perimeter privacy fence, where we’ve spared no expense in providing our guests with premium accommodations that include all of the conveniences of modern living, without neglecting the charm of our most convenient neighborhood Come, be our guest, enjoy this private dwelling alone or with up to 8 companions.
please note: there are a few locked private rooms, closets and the home owner's personal effects that are to remain locked The home owners travel often, and therefore the home is available for your private use for the open days shown on the booking calendar. our home is non-smoking and dog only space Smoking is ONLY ALLOWED on the outside backyard area with the back door closed to keep smoke from entering into the home.
you will have access to three bedrooms Two of the bedrooms have adjacent private full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private half bathroom. You will also have full access to the shared, common areas of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and backyard. Guests shall not be permitted to sleep in the shared living room area.
the “gateway suite” has a plush king sized bed The “Deco Loft” is equipped with a plush queen bed and a dedicated work space. The “Zen Den” is equipped with two queen size beds. The private bathrooms, is where you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as blow dryers. There is a fully-stocked kitchen, coffee bar, hi-tech appliances, hi-speed Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, including 4 Smart TV's ready for you to login using your login credentials. You will also be provided with 1-set of bedding for each bed, and 4-sets of towels and protected bed mattresses.
the home also offers a full-sized washer and dryer, electric fireplace, key-less entry and on street parking ( just be mindful of the posted public street cleaning)

if there is damage to any of the appliances, furniture, and overall home decor during you stay, there will be a fee assessed to repair and/or replace all items damaged at their full replacement cost
if there is evidence of smoking in the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150-500 will be assessed to provide smoke removal services from the home
if the carpets and area rugs are stained or damaged during your stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300 assessed to provide carpet cleaning services
