Walk out your back door to the tranquil pool and hot tub that is open past dark, feel safe in a secured community, easy access to walking trails for coffee, golf or tennis and…. a 5-15 min drive to ring the sunset bell at Pass a Grille Beach, easy public parking next to grocery for St Pete's public beach access, rent a kayak at Fort De Soto or rent jet ski's at the Tierra Verde Marina just 5 min away in the Boca Ciega Bay. Go on a dolphin tour out of St Pete's Beach, or just enjoy the peace on your back patio with a book and a cool drink, as you watch the sky turn colors before nightfall or greet the day with a sunrise.
