Very safe neighborhood and great for the families or just to get away from city noise. 5 min drive to brand new Alton shopping center with many amazing restaurants and stores. Close to roger dean stadium.
there is guest house in the front of the property there is family with two children and a terrier and lab mix. They have their own entrance and driveway so it won’t be bothering your stay. They will be moving out June 6th..
