In 1904 all the factory buildings were rebuilt in Art Nouveau style. In 1958 the cardboard factory burned down completely; only the villa could be saved. From 1990 to 2019, the artist TM Rotschönberg reconstructed the building and the entire property using the highest standards in order to make it available to guests.
