this unique property features two side-by-side bungalows, complete with a shared fenced yard and off-street driveway parking Recently refreshed, these homes are located in the historic Westport area, just steps from KU Medical Center and the bustling 39th Street District. A quick 5-minute drive takes you to The Plaza, and you'll also be near Crossroads, Downtown, and other key city highlights. Enjoy the convenience of walking to a variety of restaurants and shops, with easy highway access.

The bedrooms share a single entrance, so guests in the second bedroom will need to pass through the first to reach the stairs, bathroom, and other areas of the house.
