The other four bedrooms are on the second floor. There is an incredible wood burning fireplace for the cooler nights while also having a number of covered patios and outdoor seating options surrounding the manor set up to enjoy the unparalleled beauty of the The Brookside Retreat.
we truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

The spacious event grounds surrounding The Manor provide many choices for outdoor event dining and gathering. Tables, chairs and other event services are available. For a pleasurable and relaxing experience for the bride and groom and their guests, we require a two-night minimum for all nine rooms; the night before and the night of the ceremony or reception.
