Just a quick five minute drive to world-famous Magen's Bay beach, this luxurious three bedroom villa boasts impeccable furnishings and newly landscaped gardens with walking paths that create visual delights inside and out. The garden features a bubbling fountain and koi pond (Koi Pond currently not-in service - we apologize and hope to have it sorted out soon), while the covered veranda offers a relaxing space to meditate or enjoy the ocean views.

At its center is a five burner gas range, two electric ovens, a microwave and an array of implements and utensils that would satisfy even the most discriminating chef. A screened door off the kitchen opens to a south-facing terrace, a private walled patio with sofa, lounge chairs, and table seating for six. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or sunbathe in the afternoon. A marble-tiled powder room is nearby. And for those needing access to the outside world, a nearby office cove includes an all-in-one copier/printer/fax/scanner. The villa is equipped with high speed internet, free whole-house Wifi, and a 27 kW generator. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and also contains a wine cooler.
