Relax with the whole family and friends at this very private and peaceful 4 bedroom home with extensive grounds with fruit trees. Sip drinks by the pool overlooking the Mt Irvine golf course. Great location within walking distance to Grange Beach and Mt Irvine Beach. Also walking distance to the tourist facilities and restaurants at Buccoo.
The space
The villa is spacious and comfortable and is designed for Caribbean outdoor living centred around the pool and patio with great views over the golf course. It has recently been renovated. It can comfortably sleep 8 in four separate bedrooms which are all air conditioned; three have their own en suite bathrooms. The gardens are large with fruit trees such as mango, oranges, limes, sapodilla, bananas, breadfruit, carambola, and passion fruit; all for our guests to enjoy when they are in season.

The property comprises two villas. Guests have full access to the larger Fair View Villa with the pool and its grounds. The smaller villa has its own entrance off Auschenskeoch Buccoo Bay Rd and is not currently available for rental..
