Summary: Our initial cabin was filthy. When we asked to cancel our booking we were told that was not possible and were offered a unit with less beds than the one we had booked. We expressed our concern and were told people could sleep together. The property manager was not helpful but our new unit was much cleaner than the initial one. Air conditioner didn’t work. Location was pretty and outside is as described. We would book in this resort again but not with these owners.
