This 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home is located in great location in sunrise beach, west side of the Ozarks, close to Laurie, Mo. Located at the 8 mm of the Osage, very close to the water bars and restaurants, across from bass point, located in a excellent cove location, great fishing , comes with private dock. There is a marina and boat ramp on the same road as the rental house. We have added a 12 ft aluminum fishing boat with ores for the fisherman on the trip. The dock also has a ladder for swimming. The home is at end of paved road, very private shaded location includes direct TV, everything furnished, linens included!.

Summary: This is an older rental on the lake, but was perfectly acceptable for our needs for the weekend. Sort of hidden at the end of the access road in the area, so don't rely on your GPS to get you here correctly. Parking may be tight depending on your vehicle. I'd consider staying at the property again in the future.
