Summary: The man at breakfast made our day throughout the stay! The Shuttle service to town was amazing. The rooms were indeed very nice.The hotel lobby isn’t warm and welcoming it looks like a waiting room of an office made to look like a hotel. The SPA lacks - it seems they offer things that the personnel has not ready for - like they're still in school. Considering that Four Seasons is also a 5 star hotel you can see that it doesn’t compare and the star system is at fault. Other than that very enjoyable.
