pool cleaning/maintenance: our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
inclement weather: while this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn`t require 4wd, it`s advisable to have 4wd in case of inclement weather

• booking guest must sign and return the cancellation policy & rental agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• booking guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• payment must be completed at the time of booking If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
heated indoor pool: our cabin features a private indoor plunge pool that is heated for your enjoyment The pool`s temperature is carefully maintained between 80 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay.
pool cleaning/maintenance: our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
quiet hours: we kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
no smoking indoors: we have a strict no-smoking policy indoors Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
pet policy: please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. we look forward to hosting you!
power outages: please be aware that power outages can occur in the smoky mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.
