4 Bedroom House in Bridport
This modern home can sleep up to 11 adults in the main house. We have 4 bedrooms - 3 queen size beds, 2 single beds + 1 rollout and we can pop in a double bed size “floor bed” in 2nd lounge. (Floor plan in photos) It's light and airy open plan is ideal for families, friends, groups or a couples getaway.
please note: we do have an outdoor spa on the deck, however this is for owners use only, is locked and empty of water This is NOT included in the rental. thanks

4 person price is based on 2 bedrooms (either 2 queen rooms or 1 queen and 1 twin single room)
5-6 guests = 3 bedrooms
7-8 guests = 4 bedrooms
9 guests = all 4 bedrooms plus extra single rollaway
10-11 guests = all 4 bedrooms plus extra single rollaway and double “floor bed”
please note: for groups that require single or seperate sleeping arrangements and would like extra bedrooms for lesser guest numbers , please discuss options as we can tailor a package for you

a 15 minute drive to scottsdale will see you heading towards the newly completed blue derby mountain bike trails

we have a 2 night minimum stay year round, increasing to 3 nights over long weekends, 4 nights over easter and christmas as well as summer school holidays
