Positive: A great location within Bad Kissingen, located two minutes walking distance from a Grocery store and places to eat. Other shopping and restaurants are only a further 5 minute walk away. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a big counter top, and is sticked with everything you need. The host provided coffee capsules for the cofee machine, and everything else you would need to be sufficient for a short stay — including wifi.
Negative: The shower was a bit cramped, but I am a relatively large guy, so if you're not over 190cm tall, you should be able to manage.
Summary: Overall I am very happy with my stay, and will definitely stay there again.
