The cosy living/dining area has access to the porch and offers a comfortable lounge with flat-screen television, dvd and cd-player. The modern built-in kitchen has a door to the pool terrace in front of the house. The sleeping tract on the ground floor offers one double bedroom and a complete shower room. A staircase leads from the hall to the first floor and to the first double bedroom (passage room) with a large four-poster bed. The second bedroom is at the end of a small corridor, the shared shower room is on the corridor between the two bedrooms.
