11 cancellation policy:
30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of any advance payments 14 days prior to
scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund
between 0 and 13 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refunds will be granted
no refund will be given for early departures

utilities - (stays of 28+ nights):
if staying in a home, with its own private pool, for 28 nights or more, the guest will be required to pay a utility
deposit of $1,00000 to $3,000.00 depending on the property. this deposit will be used to pay the actual
monthly gas and electric bills and copies of the actual bills will be provided to the guest should the stay
exceed 28 nights and utilities used exceed the utility deposit, the guest agrees to pay an additional deposit to
cover the remaining stay this is not an additional income source for modmansions
