upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by the blue-green colors of the atlantic and lush mangroves of the protected nature preserve
you'll find coastal inspired two bedroom two bathroom apartment tastefully decorated with all new kitchen, bath, furniture, lighting and bedding, including stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer
gather in the spacious living room with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from There is also a flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in.
the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials
the master bedroom features a king sized bed with superior 400 thread count sheets, and flat screen television The ensuite master bathroom has beautiful walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. There is an elevator for your convenience, but stairs are there too in case you want to get your steps in.

Finish the dat with an outdoor BBQ to complete the laid back environment you've been searching to find.
the neighborhood:
ocean pointe suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in south key largo, is gated and manned 24/7 This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.
getting around:
having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in the keys Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the southern most point in Key West. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests.

pest control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.

the marina will accept boats up to 28 feet
ocean pointe suites marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
