you are 14 miles from zions, 9 miles to hurricane and only 27 to st George.
this is a spacious mountain home with 3 bedrooms, plus a family room off the great room and a bonus bunk-room downstairs where it's nice and cool The large windows in the Great Room allow for plenty of light and sunshine as well as captivating views of the nearby red cliffs. The home is quiet and secluded - only 22 minutes to Zion NP or 10 Minutes to Hurricane. (Location, location, location!) This home provides easy access to nearby trails, Gooseberry Mesa, and Zion National Park, as well as to plenty of great food in Springdale.
parking: this home allows up to 3 cars, which must all be in designated areas There is no street level parking permitted. Trailers and RV's ARE Permitted.

if you are staying at the property on 'trash day' please take the trash cans (located on the side of the garage) to the curb Take them out THURSDAY NIGHT and bring them back up FRIDAY AFTERNOON or when dumped/empty. Thanks in advance - its a long drive from St. George and I want to keep guest charges down.
