Welcome to 15 Wren Drive! This four bedroom, four and half bathroom home can sleep up to eleven guests and is located within walking distance to the beach in Sea Pines. a quick five to six minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand!
as you enter the home, you are on the main level - which is elevated by a flight of stairs The fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area are located by the spacious living room. In the living room there is a 70" flat screen television, a full bathroom + direct access to the screened in porch and wraparound deck.
the first three bedrooms are located up a small flight of stairs The first bedroom has a king bed (master bedroom), the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All three of these bedrooms have private bathrooms and flat screen televisions.
downstairs below the main level, you'll find the final bedroom The fourth bedroom is ground level and has four twin beds + one twin pull out trundle. There is a half bathroom next to this bedroom + direct access to the pool deck area from the bedroom. There is a full bathroom located upstairs by the living room.
