Positive: We have previously stayed at the Four-G hotel and had a very comfortable stay, so we booked again. On arrival, Kadir very kindly upgraded us to a room at the new Four-G Premium Hotel, which is a few steps away. The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to most of the main attractions. There is a tram stop just a few minutes walk away also. Breakfast was plentiful, and we enjoyed it very much. What makes this hotel extra special is the staff. The hospitality was outstanding. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Celalettin on reception; we very much enjoyed our chats after a day out in the city. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks for a lovely stay to Kadir and all the staff

Negative: A minor issue, the hot food at breakfast was not kept covered and so would cool down quite quickly, but this can be easily rectified. Overall, breakfast was lovely and a lot of variety
