Spacious, clean 4BR house 4 miles from Sanford Stadium & UGA in safe cul-de-sac neighborhood. 4 bedrooms: 2 King, 1 Queen, and 1 with 2 Double beds and a futon. 2.5 baths, equipped kitchen, 3 large comfy sofas, private pool, 3 work spaces, 2 separate living rooms! Lots of parking, close to ALL kinds of stores & restaurants. High-Speed Internet, yard, games, large dining table, outdoor seating. New 58 inch TV with Apps, coffee machine, lots of towels and linens. this is a home away from home!

Washer, dryer, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils, Keurig. Very close to Walmart, Kroger, Aldi, Publix, etc.- Lots of towels, bedding, and everything you need to feel at home. Each room is large! Lots of room for additional air mattresses. This is perfect for 2 families, or a girl's trip, reunion, UGA parent weekend, Game day or any responsible group of friends. NO DRUGS, NO EXCESSIVE DRINKING, NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC after 10:00. This is a family neighborhood.
