Unit is located on the ocean side of Highway One with private access to the Breakwater Junction Bike Trail connecting Lewes & Rehoboth. It has a screened-in porch directly facing the beautiful, quiet woods. Plenty of onsite, handicap parking at no charge.
the community has one of the best swimming pools in the area with fountains cascading into the pool Off to the side is a heated hot tub. The swimming pool & hot tub are open just before Memorial Day - just past Labor Day. The community also has a beautiful pond & evening fountain lights at the pool & a pickleball court.
the private access to the breakwater junction bike trail can connect you to downtown rehoboth, the beach or revelation craft brewery (along the way to both) The trail also can connect you to downtown Lewes, DE for an amazingly tranquil & scenic bike ride. Bring your bikes or rent from nearby local shops. The YMCA is a short walk away and there is easy access to the Rehoboth Tanger Outlets. Jungle Jim’s Water Park is directly across the intersection for family fun. Rehoboth’s Fresh Market grocery store is across the intersection as well. Walking distance to Rehoboth's Tuesday summer farmer's market downtown.
