Positive: locality is safe and excellent for everyone who wants to take metro to Termini, Collosseum or Spagna, residence is just few metres from the Metro station, owner is super nice and groceries are nearby too. All clean, functional, no smell of old buildings.
Summary: I rate it as absolutely stunning choice, top cleanliness, just few metres from a Metro station
