Positive: Location was great for access to Snowdonia National Park on the A5 and a short drive from Betws-Y-Coed. The property was well maintained and cosy, Having a Pub a short walk across the road was a bonus. I met the owner and they were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local areas and some good walks. I will definitely come back.

Summary: Fantastic property in a great location.
