Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The villa truly radiates a relaxing holiday vibe. From the serene surroundings to the cozy interiors, everything contributes to a sense of calm and leisure. It feels like the perfect escape, where one can unwind and fully enjoy the vacation spirit.

Negative: The buggy service was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple follow-up calls, we waited for over an hour at our villa with no sign of the buggy arriving. In the end, we had no choice but to walk to the lobby ourselves for check-out. This delay caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflected poorly on the efficiency of the service. Immediate improvements are needed to ensure timely and reliable buggy arrangements for guests.
