• early check-in depends on availability. if you plan to arrive before 7:00 am, please book your stay from the previous night to guarantee a room, • we do not allow guests with local ids (from the same city as the hostel), • to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we cannot accommodate guests under 18 years old, even if they are with guardians, • private rooms are designed for two guests only, and we’re unable to provide extra beds or mattress, • dorms are gender-specific (mixed, male-only, or female-only). please check carefully before booking, as we are unable to provide refunds for incorrect selections, • toiletries are not provided, so we kindly ask you to bring your own, • we offer free wi-fi (up to 2gb per user per day). if you need more, additional data will be charged, • our café is open 24/7, so you’ll always have access to food and drinks. to keep things tidy, outside food and beverages are not allowed, • we maintain a no-alcohol policy for the comfort and safety of all guests, • smoking is allowed only in designated areas. all rooms, including dorms and private rooms, are strictly nonsmoking, • please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels low during silent hours (10:00 pm to 8:00 am), • parking is limited, so if you’re bringing a vehicle, please contact us in advance. we appreciate your understanding that we cannot take responsibility for vehicle safety or belongings left inside, • pets are welcome in private rooms only (and not in dorms) at a small charge of inr 500 + gst per pet per day (one pet per room). we kindly ask pet owners to take full responsibility for their pets, • heaters are available on request for private rooms to keep things cozy. dorms, however, do not include heaters, • for your convenience, lockers are available. please use them to store valuables, as we cannot be responsible for lost items, • if you lose a locker key, a replacement fee of inr 500 + gst will apply, • many of our hostels use digital door locks that work with a smartphone app (ios/android). please ensure you have a smartphone to access your room, • we kindly ask guests to take care of hostel property. any damages will be charged accordingly, • to maintain a safe and respectful environment, unlawful activities such as gambling, drug use, and illegal trade are strictly prohibited. guests found violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without a refund, • to keep our spaces clean, we request that you avoid eating inside dorms and private rooms, • images shown are for representation purposes only - actual room category and setup might vary, but the good vibes are guaranteed!, • gostops reserves the right to refuse entry if needed to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
