Positive: The big pool, strategically located beside the dining/living room. Nice interior, well-equipped kitchen with bbq facilities. Near airport, kids enjoyed looking at airplanes that flew over the house. Smooth check in.

Negative: Limited parking space, however can park just outside the house if coming in more than 1 car .
