Close to shopping, banking, restaurants, and medical, this recently updated two bedroom, two bathroom bright villa features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, BBQ, and spacious open concept living area. Walking distance to two pools and a short drive from dozens more. The front screened lanai is perfect for your morning coffee! Small pets considered on a case by case basis. Summary: It was the best experience. The owner was great to work with, fast and efficient communication. He was most patient with all my many questions and helpful information for getting familiar with all the villages has to offer. It really is in a great location with easy access to everything possible. And they have the best local property manager too!!
