“Twin Pines” is a perfect destination for vacationers who seek beautiful northwoods surroundings to “get away from it all” any time of year. Winter activities include snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, snow-shoeing or just relaxing in the quiet, majestic pines. Spring and summer activities include fishing at nearby lakes or rivers, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, riding ATV, golfing at nearby golf courses in Bigfork or Deer River, or just enjoying a beverage around the fire or on the deck.

the house is clean, newly remodeled, and nestled in the heart of the chippewa national forest It is built on the site of a “turn of the century logging camp” (Camp Five). The property is on a gravel road – just 1 ½ miles off a paved road, Hwy 14, and just two miles from the Bigfork River. There are thousands of acres of adjoining state and federal land with countless trails and very few neighbors. The circle driveway makes it easy for people to load and unload snowmobiles or ATVs. We are pet-friendly with a limit of two well-behaved dogs for a small fee.
the house sleeps from 4 to 12 people On the main floor there is a kitchen (complete with all the necessary utensils and dinnerware), dining/family room, large master bedroom with a queen-size bed, small bedroom with double bed, and a three-season porch with a “trundle” bed that sleeps two. There are also two bathrooms on the main floor – one with a bathtub, and one with a shower. Our home also includes a large open upstairs space with two double beds and three twin beds, and plenty of storage space downstairs to store any extra items, air-dry wet clothes from a day out snowmobiling, etc.
