Summary: This unit is a large one bedroom with a tremendous balcony looking over the beach and ocean (top floor). From my experience, this unit is unique in a couple of different ways. First, every room has a view. You can watch the sunset from your bedroom and in the morning watch the sunrise from your shower. It is also unique in that you have views out towards the water and out towards the other side of the condo(You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the bedroom, unlike other condos where you generally have windows on one side of the unit.). The water in front of the condo is some of the clearest that I have ever swam in or snorkel. The beach is very private and you can walk for miles on it, and at least in April, you rarely run across anybody. The unit provides snorkeling gear (the gear needs to be replaced), beach chairs, and coolers. The pool is in good condition and we were the only ones in it when we were there. If you are picky about having the latest and newest appliances and furniture, this unit shows some signs of usage and rust (rust is the result of being so open to the ocean). We will stay here again.
