Positive: Clean place, effort goes into the upkeep of the place, you can tell. There are 2 big beds in separate rooms. Great to accommodate 2 couples. We'll equipped kitchen, spacious living area. We did not seem to see any aircon, only a ceiling fan however there is a nice draft coming through the place if you open the windows. We loved the peacefulness. No noise really. We loved our stay, we'll worth the price.

Negative: Aircon or fan could be well suited for the warmer days. Other than that, really nothing to complain about. Only note, if you are a smoker, you have to go out the apartment and stand in the street to smoke.
