the two ensuite bedrooms are comfortable and inviting One features a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with an extra bed, with capacity for 3 guests. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

the apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure a pleasant stay and is located on the 2nd floor of the building, accessible via an elevator
the street in front of the building is under construction, so there may be noise during the day and dust in the air, which could prevent you from fully enjoying the balcony and pool we apologize for the inconvenience

there is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
