Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The rooms were really unique - built on the side of a cliff of the mountain.

Negative: Breakfast was terrible - cold, bland and no fruit available. One room had a water leakage and my brothers personal items were wet. staff did not do anything about this except put a bowl to catch the water (which wasnt even big enough). Staff also didn't bother to compensate us or offer an alternative room - we had to fight for 7,200 PKR to be taken off our final bill (and we were guilt tripped as they said this would be taken out of the staffs wages). Rooms weren't cleaned nor there was a sign to leave on the door for this. Everytime we ate at the resturant, staff would not return with the change which would sometimes be 1,300 PKR and would keep this (probably our own fault as we didnt speak up due to being too nice) Water was cold on the first night and generator has to be turned on manually by a staff member. The hotel was super expensive given the above issues.
