Positive: Close to the station, convenient. Very spacious. Comfortable stay with a kitchen and laundry machine available. Many couches / chairs to lounge at as well. There was an extra space heater by the beds to keep warm, which is great.
Negative: The photos showed a bedroom with a door, which is part of why I booked the place (one of us gets up early, the other not so much), but because we were only 2 guests the bedroom was actually locked and only the living area (2 twins, a bunk) was made available to us. This meant there wasn't a door between living space and sleeping space. Ok for one night but a little disappointed. If you read the other reviews, there's a flight of stairs up. Not an issue at all for us, but if you have mobility restrictions or concerns I suggest a different place. I considered taking a soak in the tub but after washing the tub down a bit I saw a bunch of hair float up from the drain. I guess this isn't cleaned regularly... I ended up just taking a shower. Kitchen is handy but strangely has a pole right in front of the sink. Not an issue but quite peculiar :)
