Positive: Good breakfast

Negative: Had an evening meal at the hotel restaurant. Disappointing. The duck confit was rather dry and to make matters worse there was little or no sauce. We have eaten duck confit several times in France and Australia. Traditionally it is moist and served with a delicious orange flavoured sauce. Perhaps the chef could try this style .
