Summary: We walked in to a hole in the ceiling with a bucket catching leaking water (RIGHT INSIDE THE ENTRANCE. We had to walk around it) & as we checked in we were told they were “running up to make sure the room was all good.” It was very obvious they were doing a change of bedding and quick clean up of the room so we could get in. There was food all over the carpet, hair all over the room & especially the bathroom. It was gross. Could still see drink ring marks still wet!)on the dresser & nightstand.
