Positive: The location was perfect! Not busy at all. We were the only ones on the beach for at least 100 yards in either direction.

Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable. Especially the master bedroom. I sank in the bed pretty far. Other than that it was perfect.

Summary: 10 out of 10 would stay again.
