room 3: downstairs room with tempur-pedic pull out couch bed LARGE flat screen TV great for sports viewing. *Please note the washer and dryer is adjacent to this bed. 3rd bathroom also located on this floor.
living room: large, open communal space for guests Gas fireplace and large dining table.
please note: there is a steep hill and driveway to navigate if on foot, but the walk is well worth it, as you are steps away from great restaurants, hendricks park, hayward field and the university of oregon

guests have access to all areas of the home except for the garage and storage loft accessed by a ladder Guests will have the entire home to themselves during their stay.
