Positive: Comfortable rooms, nice location, the restaurant was amazing. Sauna was nice

Negative: Hot tub was disgusting. Wanted to go sit it in but the water was grey/brown. When we mentioned it to the front staff they said they had so many people using it, but maintenance would be taking care of it the next day. This didn’t help us at all since we would be checking out. Our tv remote only had 1 battery. Went to the front desk in the morning before we left and they said maintenance would need to bring us a battery. We got back around 1:30 and it still hadn’t been replaced. We called the front desk around 6:30 to see if they were going to get us a battery so we could watch tv and they said they had some at the front desk and if we wanted it we needed to come to the front desk to get it. Not super impressed with that.
