beach equipment:
4 beach cruiser bikes are located at the house free of charge 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and 10 beach towels are also available.
additional beach equipment can be rented from the sea pines beach club

you will receive check-in instructions via email from vrbo a few days before your arrival These instructions will be available anytime in the app in your reservation under "Check-In Instructions".
parking is allowed in the driveway and garage only NO parking on the grass, roadside, or in the pinestraw. Sea Pines actively enforces this and can fine for these violations.

landscapers come every friday to maintain the grounds
the trash company comes every wednesday and saturday to get trash bags out of the bins located in the service yard The trash MUST be placed in bags in order for them to take it..
